A cell or battery nickel-metal hydride, is a type of rechargeable battery. It has a greater capacity (between two and three times more than a NiCd battery of the same size and weight) and less memory effect. Each cell Ni-MH can provide a voltage of 1.2 volts. Charging cycles of these batteries range between 500 and 2000 charges, depending on the charger and ampere rating.
